Workplace Investigations
We conduct internal investigations and advise companies based on our findings and analysis. Investigations are often structured to be protected by the attorney-client privilege. We conduct these investigations with an understanding of how an investigation affects victims, accused individuals, workplace morale, and workplace productivity. Common use cases: internal sexual harassment complaints, other internal harassment and discrimination complaints, ethics complaints, suspected employee fraud or embezzlement.

Shaunda McNeill
Principal Attorney and Founder
Shaunda McNeill is an employment attorney with more than a decade of litigation experience and a firm conviction that the best outcomes rarely come from the courtroom.
After years litigating employment disputes in state and federal court, representing employers before the Utah Labor Commission and EEOC, conducting privileged workplace investigations, and advising clients on employment law matters, Shaunda founded Accord Solutions Group to specialize in workplace investigations and employment-related conflict resolution.
She believes that the early stages of workplace conflict provide a critical window in which organizations can take decisive action to prevent loss of productivity, loss of talent, and burdensome and risky litigation. She takes great pride in helping employers get to the root of their workplace problems and in helping organizations and parties resolve their conflicts and disputes.
Shaunda earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Duke University School of Law and is licensed in Utah and California. She is trained in transformative mediation and currently serves as President of the Labor & Employment Section of the Utah State Bar.
